At All Pro Cleaning Systems our cleaning model begins on day one. Our cleaners go through a custom developed training program provided by our operations managers. This training course is designed to educate crews with the professional janitorial techniques, proper chemical use, operating equipment and safety. The training doesn't end there, we also teach customer service, workplace etiquette, proper attire and emergency/security procedures.

We are in constant contact with our operations mangers who utilize Smartphones with email capabilities. This technology allows our customers to have 24/7 communications with the regional managers for up to the minute information regarding their cleaning schedule. We also employ customer service representatives in our corporate office to implement the Quality Control Program. Team members make scheduled periodic calls to customers to determine the level of satisfaction of services being provided.
All Pro Cleaning Systems has used the Communication Log Book from the beginning. This tool is used on a daily basis for customers to be able to exchange minor requests and observations to the cleaning crew quickly and easily.
Our friendly and attentive operations managers routinely visit our customer's locations to complete a visual on site inspection. At this time performance is discussed as well as suggestions made to better improve the building's quality.
Our corporate office is located in Westborough, MA and is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also have a 24/7 emergency line for after hour needs.
